Through Singpass MyInfo the system receives the contractor’s verified full name and a masked NRIC or FIN (for example S****567A). For the right-to-work check it can also receive pass type (Citizen, PR, Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) and pass expiry date. The full NRIC is never stored, only a masked version and a secure hash for recognising repeat workers. Each site only requests the fields you have configured, so you collect what you need and nothing more.
