These Terms of Service govern your use of SingVMS, a Singpass-powered visitor management and identity verification platform operated by LEETLABS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202609035K), located at 20A Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088443. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

SingVMS provides Singpass-based visitor management and identity verification for Singapore businesses. Our platform enables your business to authenticate visitors using Singapore’s National Digital Identity (Singpass) system and manage visitor records through a web-based dashboard and REST API.

2. Account Requirements

To use SingVMS, you must:

• Be a representative of a business registered with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore)
• Provide a valid Unique Entity Number (UEN)
• Provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone number)
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Plans and Billing

SingVMS offers a free plan that includes up to 50 Singpass check-ins per month. The free plan includes:

• Singpass authentication (verified name and masked NRIC)
• Web-based visitor management dashboard
• Visitor check-in records

No credit card is required for the free plan.

Paid subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Business) are billed in Singapore dollars, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, Stripe. Each paid plan includes a monthly check-in allowance and additional data fields as described on our pricing page. Check-ins beyond your plan’s monthly allowance are not blocked; they are charged at your plan’s per-check-in overage rate and billed to your payment method. Current prices, allowances, and overage rates are those published on the pricing page at the time of billing.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard. Plan changes take effect as shown at the time of the change. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify plan limits, features, and prices with 30 days’ notice. For higher volumes or additional features, enterprise plans are available with custom pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SingVMS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
• Collect or store Singpass identity data beyond what is necessary for your stated business purpose
• Share API keys or account credentials with unauthorised parties
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security controls
• Use the service to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of visitor identity data received through SingVMS must comply with the PDPA and any applicable regulations. You are the data controller for visitor data collected at your locations. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle data on our platform.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SingVMS depends on third-party infrastructure including Singapore’s NDI/Singpass system operated by GovTech. We are not responsible for downtime caused by GovTech maintenance, Singpass service interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEETLABS PTE. LTD. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SingVMS, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and API will cease, and visitor data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
